Push-ups after falling into a badger sett

One of the most rewarding aspects of the  ASC Landmark project has been overcoming the physical challenge of hiking upwards of 10 miles a day through the snow, ice, and mud. A meal at the end of the day feels well-deserved after burning around 4000 calories. We hope that these unconventional workouts will inspire you to get outside and embrace the environmental challenges unique to winter.
