A glimpse into the human experience on American Prairie Reserve in north eastern Montana.

Abby Huetter is a documentary filmmaker based in Bozeman, Montana.  Originally from Sacramento, California she currently is a Masters student in the Science and Natural History Filmmaking Program at Montana State University.  The fruit of her second-year is a film produced on-location about life on the prairie as an ASC adventure scientist.

During one of her visits, Abby traveled to American Prairie Reserve with ASC’s Program Coordinator, Colleen Ferris.
“Abby is the woman who documents the people who document the wildlife.  I was impressed by her commitment—she carried heavy camera equipment on the 10 mile transects, down and up coulee’s, and across the plains to capture the crew’s life.”
