Mary Rose is an accountant with a passion for birds. Born and raised in Australia, Mary relocated to the United States 10 years ago. A promising accounting career was not enough for Mary though, and her desire to help the world’s most critically endangered bird species has culminated in a row across the Pacific. From couch potato accountant who had never rowed a boat before, to ocean rower all in a matter of 2 years.
