There’s a lot of walking on the prairie. But that’s not the thing I remember most.

I remember the childlike joy of jumping into water puddles, sitting on hills and watching pronghorn walk into view. I remember the excitement meandering through the sage, and the fun of challenging each other to games like finding a trail camera first without using the GPS.

Watch the video Brady made about his time with Landmark:

There is a simplicity to nature that we all feel, and a complexity that keeps us alive physically, spiritually and mentally. The experiences and friendships I experienced with Adventurers and Scientists for Conservation can never be traded, nor erased.

One step at a time we walked the prairie, and each step brought more and more adventure and meaning into our lives.
