Join Adventure Scientists’ community of outdoor enthusiasts and conservation volunteers for a hands-on field day near Klamath Falls to place wildlife acoustic recording devices for forest conservation, followed by a free dinner.

- Coffee and light breakfast Saturday morning (no cost!)
- A group dinner with fellow outdoor volunteers Saturday eventing (no cost!)
- Off-trail hikes to remote, rugged landscapes and old-growth forests
- Free on-site parking and facilities
- An on-site presentation from Adventure Scientists Logistics Coordinator
- An on-site, hands-on recording device (ARU) demonstration
- In-person support to place recording devices in the field, a vital step in ensuring we can collect critical wildlife data during their most vocal time of year.

⚠️ Important Requirement: If you plan to pick up ARUs or equipment at this event, you must complete the required online training in advance. Participants must be able to navigate to GPS units with offline navigation systems.
