– Purpose: We use your mobile phone number solely to send you SMS communications about Adventure Scientists field-based scientific data collection projects — expedition logistics, sampling opportunities, project assignments, training reminders, and program announcements. We do not use your mobile number for marketing, donation solicitation, or other promotional purposes.
– No third-party sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
– Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most volunteers receive fewer than 4 messages per month.
– Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier. Adventure Scientists does not charge for SMS.
